The world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.  We still need to be pragmatic, calm, confident, pragmatic to do everything well, calm to look at the changes in the wind and the momentum is on our side.  The conflict between Russia and Ukraine affects the whole world, but it happened in Europe after all.
